January's Ups and Downs

This month seems to be such a hard month to gauge. For the first few weeks business was remarkably busy for the month of January. Our lunch rush was steady, to go orders were on the rise and a few private parties left us above our goal! Exciting!

Then came this week... which came a nose dive. I sure wish someone had all the answers! Luckily there is plenty to do in the back of the house as well in the office to keep us all occupied and get us ready for the hopeful busy rush of next week.
